Turn gatherings into growth
Since 2017, Clear The Noise has created safe, judgment-free spaces where people — and especially women — can be honest about where they are, learn practical tools for resilience, and walk out a little more powerful than they walked in.
The story
A movement before a business
Clear The Noise began in Fort Wayne, Indiana as a simple weekly gathering — a room where people could drop the performance and tell the truth about their lives. It grew into CTN Radio, Tea N' Talks, the Unity Concert, and the Let Her Sing women's empowerment events.
Years of community were built before any business model was layered on. That order matters: the trust came first, and it still leads everything we do — from free public gatherings to workshops for hospitals, schools, and employers.

Growth needs honesty, and honesty needs safety. Every CTN room is judgment-free by design.
Tools over talk
Inspiration fades by Monday. We teach frameworks — like Anger = Blocked Goals — that work in real life.

Jessica Crew
Speaker, facilitator, and the heartbeat of Clear The Noise. Jessica has spent years on stages and in circles helping women name what's blocking them — and move through it with clarity and grace.
Her signature frameworks, candid storytelling, and interfaith, unity-centered approach have drawn coaches, nurses, executives, and artists into the same room — and kept them coming back.
